As Chairman of the Board, Mike brings a wealth of experience and expertise to advise, manage and assist with operations, marketing and raising funds to build Action Force Network.  He has broad management experience in high-tech software as a CEO, COO and a Sales & Marketing Executive. He is the catalyst for business transformation who sets direction, empowers high performing teams and develops the executive-level client relationships. Currently, President & CEO of Vigilistics, Inc., Mike’s background included various executive management positions at Lotus Development, IBM, & Cognos Corporation   Improving revenue streams, market share and competitive performance at venture-backed start-ups MineShare, XLCubed & Analysoft Inc., Mike was responsible for raising over $50 million in funding. His leadership at AFN drives us to new heights and empowers us to be effective in our mission to combat sex trafficking.

Veronica Stephens


For over 25 years Veronica Stephens has been speaking out, advocating, building teams and growing organizations for social causes near and dear to her heart.  As the West Coast Development Director for International Crisis Aid, she led the fund raising efforts for ICA’s west coast operations, while working with numerous government agencies, schools, universities and churches to bring awareness to horrific crime of human trafficking.  Veronica has been the keynote speaker at countless Social Justice Conferences, Fund Raising Gala’s, workshops and various outreach programs.  She has extensive experience in developing programs for churches and non-profit organizations, including “Treasured”, a ministry to young mothers and the “Promise” a conference for teenage girls at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. Since authoring “Boxes of Secrets” in 2010, Veronica has been using her personal story of survival from extreme sexual abuse to inspire others to get involved in protecting our youth.  Through her speaking engagements, radio interviews, TV appearances and print interviews, Veronica has empowered other survivors by helping turn their pain into purpose and providing a message of hope – helping protect the most vulnerable – our children.

Debbie Eaton

Debbie has 25+ years of business and ministry experience.  She has worked in college admissions, banking/financial service industry and most recently worked for nine years as Director of Women’s Ministry at Saddleback Church.  She is currently consulting, writing and speaking. She has experience with leading customer service and sales team and has implemented strategy for growth, discipleship and leadership development for volunteer led teams. She is an advisor for the IF-Gathering, writes for SheReadsTruth and consults with LifeTogether. She has been married to her husband Matt for 28 years, a mother of a teenager and champion for women and next gen leaders.

Diane Nelms

Diane utilizes her 20 years of leadership experience to benefit AFN in bringing awareness and prevention to our churches, communities and schools to help abolish modern day slavery. Her tireless dedication has taken her around Southern California and across the globe in an effort to combat this crime. She works as the Communications Coordinator for AFN helping to engage our legislators and leaders in getting our message of prevention to the most vulnerable; our children.

Heather Holland


Heather is an award winning documentary producer, editor and writer for Joyce Meyer Ministries. For over 20 years, she has worked at the global ministry impacting millions around the world, where she writes, produces and edits testimonies and programs documenting the humanitarian work of the ministry. Her passion is to be a voice to the abused and bring help to victims of abuse and neglect in her region. She has volunteered at children’s home for at-risk teens, was a volunteer probation officer and worked closely with International Crisis Aid, producing video documentaries and mentoring girls in their domestic safe home for American trafficked girls. She helps AFN with her vast knowledge of non-profit expertise and marketing practices. Her experience and passion have proven to be an effective weapon on combating the crime of sex trafficking.
